Works as you would expect. No flaws, other than I would like to see a way to make the 'circle' option larger for when initials are needed. Great options here.

PDFfiller is a GREAT program with INCREDIBLE customer service! PDFfiller is a GREAT program! It is very easy to use. It helped me tremendously when I had a project and needed to fill out literally hundreds of documents online. The program worked very well, was incredibly responsive, & even kept all of my documents for easy access as well. Most importantly, however, is that they have absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service! I used the chat feature and it was totally painless and even enjoyable. I was treated very well by the chat rep (Paul)! I am a single mother who is trying to start a small business with VERY limited funds. I meant to cancel my plan before my 30-day trial was over. Like so many other times in my hectic life, I guess I forgot! I was quite anxious about it as many companies charge high cancelation fees if you fail to cancel during the trial. There was no need to worry though. I simply logged into my account and then I saw the chat feature. I chose to use it even though I was hesitant to do so (many companies do not provide very good customer service through chat). The response time was extremely fast. I asked to cancel my membership and he replied right away that he would do that for me. Here is the best part, he then proceeded to ASK me if I would like a refund as well!! Now that is WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thanks so much, PDFfiller & Paul! I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my family and friends. You just do not see that level of customer care combined with great products anymore. I was quite impressed!

Very helpful!! Having this product on my day by day is being great. I convert a lot of documents from pdf to Word to review and compare documents. This make my work easier. Convert documents from pdf to word, very easy!! I would love to compare documents directly in the program, and not have to convert it to Word before it.

What do you like best? I love the fact documents may be completed and signed electronically without the need to print, scan, and attach anything. It's so much easier, cleaner, and more secure! What do you dislike? The only issue I have had, which could certainly be user error, is that one of the links to an informational PDF (it's a read-only document) sometimes stops working. I am made aware of this when I send the link to someone new and the person responds to say an error message appears upon clicking. I have no idea why this happens and it's always associated with this particular document. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Per my comments in response to what I like best, using this tool prevents the need for recipients to print, complete by hand, scan, then attach documents to an email. It's also a more professional-looking and more secure approach to document sharing.

FINALLY! ITS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEED TO GET MY BUSINESS UP AND RUNNING AGAIN AFTER BEING CLOSED DOWN. NEEDED PAPERWORK FOR LOANS AND NEEDED TO ADJUST NUBERS FOR 2019/2020. AN ABOLUTE NECESSITY FOR POST COVID FINANCES.

Very easy to navigate and the files (png images) actually convert to a PDF with the correct size, unlike other sites I paid for and was unsatisfied with the resulting PDF. Thanks!

What do you like best? Really a good tool to utilize for editing and transforming the documents. What do you dislike? Erasing any content in the document is little difficult. Recommendations to others considering the product: Very good and useful product to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we used this tool mostly for the editing and get some digitizing the document.

To make a photo smaller than 1 MB, you can use online tools, desktop software, or apps like pdfFiller. These methods often involve compressing the image, adjusting its resolution, or changing the format. For example, reducing the dimensions of the photo or lowering the quality can significantly decrease the file size. Additionally, using a JPEG format instead of PNG typically results in smaller files. Utilize pdfFiller's built-in image editing tools to optimize your images easily.
Image resolution directly influences file size; reducing it can help make a photo smaller than 1 MB. Lower resolution means fewer pixels, resulting in a smaller file. For example, if your image is originally 300 DPI, reducing it to 72 DPI often results in substantial size reduction without severely impacting quality for web use. Utilize pdfFiller’s resizing tools to systematically decrease resolution while preserving essential details, ensuring your images remain visually usable.
Yes, you can batch process multiple photos using pdfFiller to make each smaller than 1 MB. This is particularly useful for remote professionals and teams managing a large volume of images. Use the batch compression feature that allows you to upload several images and apply settings like resolution and format changes simultaneously. This method saves time and ensures consistency across all images, maintaining quality while achieving your size targets.
JPEG is often the best format for keeping file sizes under 1 MB while maintaining reasonable quality. Compared to formats like PNG or TIFF, JPEG uses lossy compression, which reduces file size effectively. If you're using pdfFiller, convert your images to JPEG if they exceed the size limit, then recheck the file size. This format is ideal for online usage, especially for legal teams and SMEs needing quick uploads without sacrificing too much clarity.
To check the file size of your photo, simply right-click on the file and select 'Properties' on Windows or 'Get Info' on macOS. This method provides immediate insight into the size of your image, allowing you to verify if it meets the under 1 MB criteria. After ensuring your image is too large, use pdfFiller's compression features to resize or modify the image accordingly. Understanding file sizes helps prevent upload issues, especially in cloud-based document management.
Common mistakes include lowering the quality too much and not checking the final file size after edits. Ensure to find a balance between size reduction and image quality, as excessive compression can make photos unusable. Also, avoid skipping format changes; sometimes, using the appropriate file type can lead to significant reductions. When using pdfFiller, always preview your edited images to confirm the quality remains acceptable while achieving the size reduction needed.
