duplicate pages I like being able to duplicate pages, that was super helpful. It was easy to add the text boxes where I needed them. The only trouble is in downloading the document to my regular google drive. Wish that was more straight forward.

Edit the report. In the toolbar, click the page drop-down menu. Hover over the page you want to move. Use the drag bar on the left of the page name to drag the page up or down to its new position.”
On your computer, open a document in Google Docs. In the toolbar, click File. Page setup. Go to the setting you want to change: Orientation. Paper size. Page color. Margins. Make your changes. Click OK. Optional: To make new documents open with the settings you chose, click Set as default.
Open a Google Doc. In the top left, click Insert. Page number. Then, click either: Page number: Choose where you want the page numbers to go.
Edit text in a PDF Open the PDF you want to edit in Acrobat, and then select Edit in the global bar. The PDF switches to the edit mode, and the Edit panel displays. If the PDF is generated from a scanned document, Acrobat automatically runs OCR to make the text and images editable.
Text-based PDFs are editable PDFs (unless they have been password protected). Image-based PDFs are PDFs that are made of an image, rather than text, such as when a paper document is scanned, or an image, photo, screenshot, etc. is converted into a PDF.
How to make a PDF editable with Acrobat. Navigate to the Edit PDFs tool. Click the “Select a file” button to upload your PDF. After the file uploads, sign in with your Adobe account. Use the toolbar to add text, comments, sticky notes, highlights, and more. Download the edited PDF or get a shareable link.
To change the layout of a page, including its size and margins, click Document → Page Layout or press the Ctrl+Shift+L shortcut. In this window, you can see a preview of the page on the left and layout settings on the right. The values are represented in one of three available units: Points.
Follow these easy steps to reorder PDF pages online: Click the Select a file button above, or drag and drop a PDF into the drop zone. Select the PDF document you want to reorganize. After Acrobat uploads the file, sign in. Select the page thumbnail you want to move. Drag and drop it into a new location. Click Save.
