No r al complaints. Did find out that the forms in your database that I was interested had been superceeded by new forms back in Jan of 2016 a year ago. This meant I had to downloaded ad new forms t fill out. You could strive to be more up to date.

The PDF filler is amazing. It has solved me in so many situations since being in isolation due to the fact that I do not have a printer. So easy to use. The only feedback is the date component is fiddly and doesn't always work but other than that - perfect.

How do you create an interactive table of contents in InDesign?
Step 1: Use Tabs to Align Text Content. Insert the article titles and page numbers. Step 2: Add Hyperlink Destinations. Open Hyperlinks (InDesign Application Bar > Window > Interactive > Hyperlinks). Step 3: Add New Hyperlinks.
How do I create a table of contents in a PDF in Preview?
Just navigate to the page and press CMD+D, or choose “Tools/Add Bookmark” menu item, the page number and some text from the beginning of the page will show on the bookmark view. I use this way to add link to the PDF file without TOC, and it works.
