it is good but finding documents is difficult, and the UI is a little bit hard to use at first. Double clicking on a document should open it, but it doesn't.

Good afternoon, I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller.. It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter. Can you help me with this log-in issue? This is an amazing program! How many times we all have to fill out forms, even if they are pdf forms available for downloading on line) and wish we could just fill them in with the keyboard instead of printing out a hard copy and THEN handwriting our responses. PDFfiller allows you to save a pdf and then fill it in so easily. There are also a lot of options for checking boxes, circling responses, highlighting, enlarging or shrinking text size, etc. The program is user-friendly, easy to follow, print, download to your own computer and save. Just a GREAT addition to my tools. I also get such positive feedback whenever I submit a requested form---they are delighted to have READABLE information.

It gave us the opportunity to place our registration in a fillable format.
What do you dislike?
A user cannot save their progress and must complete the entire form in one sitting.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Easy for parents to use. Parents no longer need to print out the document and send it in with a hard copy. It also gives us the ability to file a digital and hard copy if we so choose.

Time saver! I have used PDFfiller for several months now and love it. It is a great tool which makes it extremely easy for me to quickly and efficiently fill out PDFs and return them to the sender. Wether it be filling out forms or signing a contract, it has saved me many many hours in the long run - and is a pleasure to use! There aren't really any cons to this plugin - it does exactly what it says it will do. However the user interface could be improved

I had a misunderstanding with PDFfiller . . . thought that I had cancelled my subscription immediately after discovering that it didn’t fit my needs, but something went wrong, & I was charged for a one year subscription at the end of a 30 day trial period (didn’t realize that I was in it). When I went to the Customer Assistance website & explained the problem, PDFfiller immediately refunded the amount charged. Honorable people!

Not your fault Not your fault, but I need my "original signature" on the form for the form to be accepted. I was sooo excited that, during this whole COVID-19 isolation I could get this document notarized here! Ugh... Ridiculous. I may try it anyway as the delay in getting this done the way their website says they want it will be more ridiculous after my quarantine....hmmmm
