How do I edit PandaDoc?
Edit a document created in PandaDoc content builder On the left, click Documents, click the document name you wish to edit. Over on the right, click Edit and confirm you wish to edit the document. Make changes to the document that you need and once ready, send it out again.

How do I edit a document that was emailed to me?
Click on the File menu, then select Options. Select Customize Ribbon and then use the drop list to choose Commands not in the ribbon. Find the Edit Message tool and copy it over to a custom group in the right-hand panel. The Edit Message option should now appear in the message menu bar when there is an attachment.

How do you edit text in a document?
Open your PDF document. Switch to Edit Mode. Wait for the Edit toolbar to appear. Drag cursor over the text you want to modify to select it. Right-click on the selected text, and choose Set Font from the right-click menu.
How do I change the signer on PandaDoc?
There's no way to change signing order once the document is sent. Open your template and go to Roles (in a document, go to the Recipients list). Click Signing order and turn the setting on. Now click and drag the Roles (or Recipients) in the order you want them to receive the document.
