It runs smoothly and quickly. It appears to have every feature I need in my daily work with PDF files, except one. It would be a fully completed utility if it included options for arranging/rearranging pages in PDF files. If it has that feature I am unable to find it. With this feature I'd rate it 5 stars.

Great. But may steps to create a PDF. Also deleting pages is not included as standard. But there are easy workarounds to this restriction. So why have this restriction?

Does way better than I expected
Works way better than any other ones I have tried. Will not use anything else. Allows me to make changes to any document I have scanned in so far.

Storage size of pictures. I can use over 50 pictures in the same document and the file will still be very small. This is important in my dirls

How do I make a PDF editable after digital signature
How to Edit a Signed PDF Open your PDF in PDF Pro. Press the Print button or [ctrl + p] from your keyboard. Select PDF Pro Virtual Printer from the dropdown (if not default). Press Ok. Name your PDF, then press Save. Make your edits (access editing tools from the Edit tab or the Edit section of the Home tab.
Why can't you edit a signed PDF
If a PDF is signed using a digital ID or certificate, it's locked to prevent changes to the document. Digital IDs or certificates used to sign PDFs are used for the commercial and legal purpose and are governed by laws in many countries.
