Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Select Invite settings to add CC recipients and set up the completion settings.
Click Send invite to send your document or Save invite to save it for future use.

How to Use the Multiple Signature Feature in pdfFiller

The Multiple Signature feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add multiple signatures to a document. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to add multiple signatures to in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Signature' button in the toolbar.

Select the 'Multiple' option from the drop-down menu.

A pop-up window will appear, showing all the available signature fields in the document.

Click on the 'Add Signature Field' button to add a new signature field.

Drag and drop the signature field to the desired location on the document.

Repeat steps 5 and 6 to add as many signature fields as needed.

Once all the signature fields are added, click on the 'Done' button in the pop-up window.

You can now start adding signatures to the document. Click on each signature field to open the signature editor.

In the signature editor, you can choose to draw your signature using your mouse or touchpad, upload an image of your signature, or type your name and select a signature font.

After adding a signature, you can resize and reposition it within the signature field.

Repeat steps 9 to 11 for each signature field in the document.

Once all the signatures are added, click on the 'Save' button to save the document with the multiple signatures.
