It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. PDF filer is the perfect place for small business or start up businesses to go for much less expensive do-it-yourself renewals and many other type business files. My renewals looked awesome after I used their many tools to change the text and colors around!

Ease of filling the forms. There is one change if you can make will be great... in date of birth column, once you click on it, you have to put the MM/DD/YYYY. If you can allow to override that and just put the year, that will be of help. In my case where my father was born in 1920 and his date of MM/DD is not known, I'm forced to fill it with incorrect information.

Pretty good tool overall
Pretty good tool overall, sometimes when you hit the Tab button it jumps to a field father down the page, but all in all really easy and accurate.

I was surprised I still have to hand…
I was surprised I still have to hand write a form to send to IRS - I thought this would take care of it for me. Or did I miss something.

What do you like best?
I like the fact that it is a browser-based software, no download required.
What do you dislike?
That fact I most dislike is that you can't pay per use, as I don't edit pdfs very often.

Make sure to cancel your subscription after you are done using it
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The problem I was solving using this was filling out a housing application for an apartment. This was very helpful and even better than acrobat in terms of placing text.
