Its good for the most part - the downside is it doesnt open for me on the first try and it asks me to sign in everytime i need to print or save a doc. even though I pay for the service. Annoying that it doesnt recognize me when I use the app.

It's not as intuitive as I hoped to use the mobile apps, and it seems there are many steps to doing the main process which led me to purchase PSF filler--uploading and emailing HIPAA related documents that I've photographed. I'm sure there'll be a learning curve, however, so I am still hopeful.
With two helpful and timely chat guidance, I was able to resolve my problems with scanning and uploading photographed documents quickly. I still wish the mobile app allowed me to rename the document so that I wouldn't have to fiddle with it later in the browser app, but am happy with many other features at this point.

I work in real estate, so being able to fill-in and complete pdf docs is part of the daily life.
What do you dislike?
Some of the features are limited to premium service only. I'd like to see more of these included in the standard package.

I like how the service is not that expensive and there's a lot of functionality and they keep upgrading their features.

I'm able to have my clients sign documents by just emailing them the link and if they make a mistake, they can always open up the link and sign again.

easy software to use and afords most of the functions that I need
the ease of use and the price, availability of pdf acord forms on line, and ability to revise forms with the pdf fromat
does not have some of the functions that would make it even more useful to an insurance agent, i.e. the ability to attach emails and the ability to document conversations for reference and use of other team members

WE HAVE a issue because date of birth format used by pdf filler is mm/dd/yyyy whereas in Australia all forms use dd/mm/yyyyy format. send me a solution tip.

Step Go to your pdfFiller dashboard, and select the PDF document that you would like to open in the Open Comment mode.

Step Locate the Comment button in the toolbar, and click it.

Step From the dropdown menu that appears, choose Open Comment PDF.

Step Once the PDF opens in the Open Comment mode, you can make comments and add annotations by using the commenting tools located on the right-hand side of your screen. These include Text, Note, Arrow, and more.

Step To add a text comment, simply click the Text button in the commenting toolbar, select the area where you want to add your comment, and then type it in.

Step If you want to highlight or underline any text, click the corresponding button in the commenting toolbar, choose the area you want to highlight, and then select the color and style you prefer.

Step Use the Note button to add a popup note to your document.

Step To mark up a specific area or point on the document, click on the Arrow button and choose the appropriate arrow marker.

How do you remove comments from a PDF?
Select the comment and press Delete. In the Comments list, right-click on the comment you want to delete, choose To delete from the context menu. Note: Before pressing the Delete key, make sure that the comment is selected.
How do I get rid of pop up notes on a PDF?
Using the Hand Selection tool, double-click on the text markup annotation. This will open the annotation note popup dialog. Delete all the text from the note section. Close the note popup dialog and the icon will go away.
How do I save a PDF with comments showing?
Choose File > Export. Select “PDF” from the File Format popup, select the “With Embedded Notes” option, choose a location to save the PDF to, and press OK.
