I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. Using this program is amazing. Your doc look so professional. I am using it to find and fill out important forms. You don't have to search the web for the forms, just put the form name in and that's it. Your good to go, this program is well worth the money. Fantastic!

It's hard to type in correct order was item is erased. and the eraser is shaky wiping out what I don't want. Over all for a new coming like me it's OK. Just knew how to handle better. Thanks.

I was able to type in all my information & save the forms. I did find entering the data to be cumbersome as I had to move the data to the correct spot on the form.

It was a little slow at the beginning…

I had somehow removed the date stamp from my digital signature and I could not figure out how to get it back on. Turns out it was a pretty simple fix (doh!). Kara responded super fast to my cry for help. She provided written instructions as well as a screenshot (very helpful!). My date stamp is back on. :)
