We are able to scan certain forms used for billing on various projects and simply change the numbers monthly and quickly print out the new monthly invoices.

Very easy to use. There has never been an update or change that I couldn't do.

Drawing straight lines could be easier. I can't seem to line them up with other lines in the page.

Awesome program - try it! You will see what I mean.
Awesome program. I love it!After using this program for a bit I now realize it is more than awesome. This program has helped me with forms and signatures and has pretty much streamlined this part of my job. I really love it!!!!!

Successful Chat Support
Kara helped me locate a document that I could not find after downloading it. What a relief!
I was extremely worried because personal information was on the document. Through the chat support feature, Kara guided me in locating the document in my account (which I didn't know I had), moving it to the Trash, and then permanently deleting it.

What is PDF X mode?
PDF/X is a subset of the PDF ISO standard. The purpose of PDF/X is to facilitate graphics exchange, and it therefore has a series of printing-related requirements which do not apply to standard PDF files. For example, in PDF/X-1a all fonts need to be embedded and all images need to be CMYK or spot colors.
Why does my PDF have weird symbols?
The reason for this can be that the document was produced incorrectly. Another common reason is that the character mapping information was deliberately obfuscated as a protection mechanism to prevent the reader to "copy & paste" the text data.
Why do my PDFs have an X?
1 Correct answer I believe the grey cross tells you that the file is offline. (Somewhere else, not on your computer, and not available right now). Worth trying to copy to your desktop.
How do I save a PDF as an X file?
Choose Tools > PDF Standards. Choose Save As PDF/A, Save As PDF/X, or Save As PDF/E in the right-pane. Choose the location to save the file, and then click Save.
