It's a bit soon to rate pdfFiller, because I've only had a little bit of time to get familiar with it, and I've never had experience with anything else that has allowed me to edit a pdf file as this s/w has enabled me to.

Wonderful Customer Service
I recieved a charge for $96 today for a membership which I had believed I had cancelled. After contacting customer service, Sally was able to not only refund my $96, but also cancel my membership as I had only needed it briefly for a project for school. Within less than 3 hours all of my needs were met and taken care of. I have never experienced such amazing customer service.

in today's video we're going to look at downloading projects project files for the same project since engage I'm currently on the home screen of our textbook I'm going to go ahead and drop open the word folder and we're gonna look at module 1 what I want to do is click that first Sam assignment project 1 and that's gonna open up this screen I'm gonna click start and on this screen there are 3 different things that I see I see my instruction file I'm gonna go ahead and click that to download it I see my actual project file I'm gonna click that because that's where I'm going to do my work and then I have a supporting file I'm gonna click that as well this is a picture that I'm going to insert into the document some projects might have no supporting files and some projects might have 3 or 4 supporting files it just depends on the project that we're working on these three files were downloaded to my downloads folder I'm gonna do is right click here to get to my downloads folder the main thing is that you just want to get to your downloads folder and then I have my three files here I want to caution you students tend to want to leave their files in their downloads folder and that's fine but if I move your seat or you have to go to a different computer because of a computer issue you will lose the files in your downloads folder so you could end up losing your work and have to start again so let me go ahead and open up my instructions just so you can see what this looks like and right here it tells me how I need to save my files this is an important line because that's gonna tell you how to save it should you forget and then I have my project steps here I'm gonna go back to that downloads folder and I'm going to open up my project file click enable editing and now I have two files here I'm gonna go ahead and make this a split screen the first thing I would encourage you to do is to save your file and this is your file that we're talking about we're gonna click file save as now again a lot of students save it to their downloads folder but I would encourage you to save it in your Documents and make a file like di T that's the class rent and just save it in here now the main thing is on this file name you want to change the one to a two and then click Save and that's the proper naming for when you upload your file if your project doesn't match the naming requirements it will not be accepted in cengage so let's pretend you work through your whole project and then when you're done you're saving throughout the project make sure you hit save when you complete your project so that way when you go back to cengage which we're doing now your entire project is complete we're gonna click continue on the screen and now you have two options you can click here and then map to your downloads folder or what you can do is go to your di T folder and find that file and you can just click and drag that over and notice over here it tells me that the file name matches...
