With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. So far, it is excellent for moderately tweaking content. It would be nice if I could select images and move them like Adobe but this is so rarely needed....

Editing my PDFs without difficulty
This PDFfiller tool for online use is very useful since most PDF editors are paid and not all people can pay for such software. It also allows you to upload the documents you have in your Google Drive account, Dropbox and other tools
I do not find you disadvantaged, because you are covering the need of users who can not afford desktop software, to edit a PDF document

What do you like best?
Being able to fill in documents that were previously not fillable. Being able to file some tax documents through pdfFiller has been great also.
What do you dislike?
I haven't had any problems at all with pdfFiller
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filling out documents by hand did not look professional. Transferring the documents to pdfFiller & typing in the information is much better.

I inadvertently established trial accounts under two different emails for PDFFILLER.. Although I found the product to be useful and efficient, i decided that I did not have the volume of **** to justify an ongoing subscription and canceled. A paypal charge a month later for a year's subscription alerted me to still having an active acct under a 2nd email address. I immediately contacted customer support via Chat and within a matter of minutes the agent terminated the account and send a credit back to my paypal account. Truly amazing customer service! Further, I would HIGHLY ********* PDFFILLER for any one needing to alter a significant volume of **** -- it is a very good product."

I tried the software and then cancelled…
I tried the software and then cancelled it. For me it was too challenging to use. However they still charged my account for a year up front. I didn't authorize that. I called and requested a refund and they gave one right away, so they said. It was just today I requested a refund so I will check my account in a few days to see if they actually sent it. If you don't see a complaint from me here on Trust Pilot then PDFFiller honored my request. My name is MarioV.
