How to modify the text was not something I was able to do through erasing. Maybe using PDFfiller more often will help me maneuver the site with time.

Best PDF Editor
Up until a few years ago, all PDF software seemed the same to me. 'What could they do that much better to make a difference' was a question I asked. PDFfiller answered the question the first time I got to use it.

What's a division order?
A Division Order is an instrument which sets forth the proportional ownership in produced hydrocarbons, including crude oil, natural gas, and NFL's. Sometimes the Division Order is referred to as a division of interest. More often than not, a single well or lease will have multiple owners.
What is a rental division order?
A rental division order is an agreement in which the lessor confirms to the lessee the proper allocation of the payment of delay rentals required during the primary term in order to keep the oil and gas lease from terminating.
Do you have to sign a Division order?
Don't sign a division order until you know and agree with how the decimal was calculated and are satisfied that the lease is still in effect. It is sometimes hard to get to the right person with the company who can explain it.
How long does it take to get a royalty check?
Royalty checks are typically issued 60 days following the end of a production month. For example, royalties for January production will be sent to you in mid-April.
Why do we do division of interest?
Division Of Interest (DOI) DOI is frequently-used as an umbrella term to capture the joint ownership and how responsibilities and rewards for a given oil & gas asset (i.e. well) are split. Who pays for what portion of the costs and who is entitled to the produced hydrocarbons are dictated by a well's DOI.
How often are mineral royalties paid?
Production Month Oil is often paid 2 months in arrears, while natural gas (and products) generally are paid 3 months in arrears. Oil & gas royalties are paid monthly, consistent with the normal accounting cycle of the producer, unless the obligation does not meet the minimum check requirement for that particular state.
How much money do you get if you strike oil?
In the event oil and gas were found and the wells produce, then the royalties kick in. So if the oil well produce 100 barrels a day, and the price of oil is $80 per barrel that month, then the cash flow is 100x$80 = $8,000/day The royalty owner, who agreed to 15% royalty, would receive $8,000 × 0.15 = $1,200/day.
