How do I organize pages in a PDF?
Open the Organize Pages tool from the top menu or the right pane (Tools > Organize Pages)
Select one or more page thumbnails (page numbers are underneath). Use Shift to select a page range.
Do one of the following: Drag and drop pages to reorder PDF pages how you want.
Save your file.
How do I organize PDF pages for free?
Upload your PDF to the Merge Tool.
Click 'Page Mode', where you will see a preview of every single page from within your PDF.
Move pages around through drag and drop.
Click 'Merge' to perform the task. Don't forget to download your newly rearranged PDF!
Can you save pages of a PDF separately?
You can extract one page at a time or multiple pages within a range. This feature does not allow you to select a range of pages to export each page as an individual PDF document. Right-click in the PDF, and select Extract Pages from the right-click menu.
