It was a little challenging at first and the online help was a little overbearing to start. You should always assume that people know how to operate every aspect of there computer. I had a glitch and he was a little belittling to me which being 50 and having diabetes its hard for me to see sometimes and once i stated that his demeanor changed and he helped me finally.

Amazing customer service, very fast response time I was on trial with pdfFiller and it was really amazing. The best PDF filling software I've ever found. I even used the trial, forgot when it ended and then got charged. BUT I managed to get a refund after explaining my situation. These people are awesome. An 'account holder' is the person or persons shown on the full name of the account. They are able to open a new account, add/remove another signatory or change contact details. An 'authorized signatory' is someone we've both agreed can access and use your accounts.
Account holders can let someone else operate the account. These people are often called authorized signatories.
