Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. I didn't know a service like this existed but it is so convenient and safe or what is happening with the COVID-19 pandemic. I was able to mail very important documents without leaving my home.

It met what I needed but there is a problem with text fonts. In my case I needed a specific font and I couldn't find it, it would be interesting if it were possible to include a new font.

Love this app very easy to use. I highly recommend for applications that require "fill in" sections, majority of us have terrible handwriting and there is nothing more annoying than explaining what you wrote. Also you want to ensure your application is submitted as quickly and efficiently as possible.
