Ease of use is great because I am a one-person office, and don't have access to a lot of office machines, so this works good. I just have to figure out how to get it to scan.

I am a Special Education teacher, and to be able to take pdf files general education teachers are using and enter in text boxes so my students can type into the pdf is very helpful for my writing challenged students. I can also fill in answers to study guides and email or send home a paper copy for my students to study from also.

So far it is good. I use it for work schedules. Im very busy so havent had a lot of time to explore all the features. When i send my work from home to the work place; i find the security code a little annoying. Also when i purchased it i didnt receive a lower price as lead to believe. Although the price to continue useing it at renewal time wasnt bad.

PDFfiller in a medical office
Overall, very pleased with the program. Love the east of use, wish the file saving was a little easier.
I like being able to upload patient forms that need completed (i.e. FMLA or short term disability) and completing neatly with PDFfiller, instead of handwriting, etc.
I love the east of emailing or faxing directly from the program as well. The confirmation of receipt or email being read is nice.
Some times the text boxes are difficult to line up or get placed properly but I really feel with more use I will become better with these small tweaks.

Likely the only way to fix it is to start over and make a PDF with the proper high resolution images and graphics and export with high quality settings. If only the pictures are a problem (blurry), you could look at using PDF editing software to change the pictures in the PDF and re-save that document.
How do I compress a PDF and keep quality?
To compress a PDF, simply click on File Export Quartz Filter and select Reduce file size. While Preview can reduce your PDF, it isn't able to preserve image quality.
How do I increase the quality of a PDF text?
A: You can optimize a PDF document by going to Document → Optimizer → Optimize. In the optimizer dialog, change the image compression to a lossless option such as LATE or JBIG2 to keep the text quality.
