I'm impressed with the product and signed up for a year, but it's one of those things that you really need when you need it and really don't look at much when you don't. I wish there was a way to access a blank 2019 W-2 form. The first form came up as 2019, but the only way I found to create 2019 for the other employees was to duplicate that first one and modify for the additional person. If not for that quirk, I would have given 5 stars.

Trumps other PDF Filling Software
This is simple software to use. Easily manipulate PDF forms, enter and delete data. No more need to print, fill out, scan and send PDFs. Automates work processes for more efficiency.
Sometimes if you are signed in on more than 1 computer or device you can lose your work.

ease of use could be a little better
The signature feature is wonderful. Tabbing around the form is easy. It makes signing documents very convenient instead of having to print them out and sign and fax or send back.
It seems like each time I try to do something new, it costs extra. Example is signatures. Only holds 3 signatures.

What do you like best?
I am never going to read instructions so it was great how this software is intuitive and you can begin work right away. The customer service is absolutely the best I have ever encountered. Super supportive, super polite and super efficient. Would I recommend it, duh.......1000%!!!

I am a ******* Home Inspector and love PDFiller. I can do everything on my IPhone. I had a problem at first and had an online chat with ***, helped me fix a problem on a 4 point inspection and had it corrected in 15 mins. Once you learn your way around PDFiller it can save you lots of time.

Impressive customer service
I needed pdfFiller for one time use so subscribed and immediately cancelled my subscription when I had finished. A month later I was charged $96. I got in contact with their customer support team via the online live chat and within 2 minutes of contacting them the money was back in my paypal balance, no questions asked.
