Pretty easy to use. There is a good selection of forms to choose from. I used it to fill out CRPs for my renters. I wish you could re-open a form that you had saved and make changes to it...maybe you can, but I couldn't figure out how.

It was very easy to Fill out the PDF. Then I was suprised I could also mail it, from the same website. I can upload a PDF and have it mailed, even by Certified Mail. That you can mail or fax the PDF. You can like email to fax. Which is very good. Especially since I don't have a phone anymore, let alone a fax, since I just use my Cell Phone. Technical support is terrific. They are always availble, they know everything, they are very helpful. For example, one technician let me email him my PDF, he fixed it for me, and emailed back to me.

This has been my favorite pdf program of all time. I do not work I am a happy homemaker and have a special needs son and have a lot of documents to file and fill and fax for him. This is the best program. The price is a bit high for me but it's worth it at times when I need to do something that other pdf programs just can't do it.

Then When I forgot to canceled my subscription because I am to small of a company to use them all the time they were so helpful and easy to work with. They gave me a full refund. We are using ours online and sometimes you have to wait to do what you want. I have a feeling that it can be faster.
