Love the ease of use. I would highly recommednd this product to any business person. Initially, I was hesistant because learning new software is always my dread. However, once I signed on it was so easy. Makes daily document updates and creations easy. I can always find an Accord form I needed with this as well. And edit of pdfs are no longer an avoidance. Sometimes there is a delay from screen to screen. But nothing to really complain about.

The Support listened to my issue and tried to understand the problem. Pdfiller Allows me to quickly complete documents and get them back to people and fax them in a timely manner without having to fumbling around with scanning documents What do you dislike? No downsides other than other people at my work don't use pdffiler and are slow to get there things done What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This is an absolutely AMAZING service This is an absolutely AMAZING service, the only reason I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the cost. To expect people to pay so much money (especially during the pandemic) when everyone needs to work and operate from home is unconscionable. If this service was, say, $12.99/mo. then I would most definitely pay it. However, the monthly cost is nearly three times that high, and it is not something I can afford on unemployment benefits of $235 per week. This service is amazing and efficient, but the company is not being realistic about the current cost of its services. And no, offering annual payments of $200+ is not a viable solution.
