I was desperately trying to edit a pdf copy of the P&S and we could not convert it to a Word document. Finding your website where I could make edits to the form, made my life a whole lot easier. However, I work for a law firm and we normally do not have to do these types of documents. So I am afraid I will have to cancel once the document is finalized. At least, I will keep your website as a place to go to if there is a future need. Could you please cancel my membership after the 30 days I already paid? Thank you.

We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!

Smooth fillable process
Smooth fillable process. It's just the end of the process, saving the document and accessing it that I still need to get used to. I don't feel too comfortable as I feel like my documents are not easily accessible if I forget my password. I guess it's a matter of getting used to. NOT QUITE FINISHED BUT I DID HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THETABS AND PROMPTS ON APPLICATION. FOR MY BIRTHDAY IT WOULD NOT STAY ON THE YEAR I WAS BORN IT JUST KEPT DEFAULTING TO 2021. AND THE "TYPE "HERE" KEPT GETTING IN MY WAY AND I COULDNT SEE OR READ WHERE I WAS SUPPOSED TO TYPE, NO BIGGY I GOT AROUND IT. I DO REALLY LIKE PDF FILLER.
