There were a few instances where I would download my signed document for it to turn out completely blank (in the free version), but then I'd just download it again and that usually solves the issue.

I am not aware of any significant issues encountered. I evidently need to keep typing, because I'm not able to finish this task otherwise. What problems are you solving with the product?
