This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and an effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it.
I accidentally signed up for the 1year subscription. I contacted the help desk, and advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month.
