That about sums it up. It was so obvious on how to edit text, increase it's size, move it around (great feature!), add checkmarks and Xs.

The obne drawback I find is when I am typing into a field there is no auto return and I suddenly am skipping to other fields. However, it is still a pretty good product.

I like it....I didn't appreciate the automatic payment/sign up. I would have rather been notified that my trial was ending with the OPTION to renew or not renew rather than automatically being signed up.

WHAT IS A PRE-APPLICATION MEETING? The Reapplication Meeting is a mandatory form of community outreach conducted by the project sponsor to receive initial feedback regarding certain project types prior to submittal to the Planning Department or the Department of Building Inspection.
How long does a PRE application take?
How long does the pre-application process take? The timescale for reapplication advice is usually between two and six weeks. The actual planning application process is a minimum of eight weeks after this, so the additional delay could be frustrating if you're keen to get moving.
Is PRE application planning advice worth it?
Some authorities have openly stated that the use of reapplication advice improves the level of discussion and access between the applicant / agent and the planning officer during the later planning application. I find this attitude to be extremely disappointing and contrary to the spirit of the planning system.

Reapplication advice is often a closed-door process, with discussions between councils and applicants remaining confidential. However, information can be published following a request under the Freedom of Information Act (FOR) or Environmental Information Regulations once the planning application is made.
