On first blush,this is a fine tool. I have a limited number of documents. So this works great. Simple. Easy to follow. Support answered some not so obvious questions quickly and easily. Well done. I have one question or suggestion..I would like to merge a couple of my documents...but don't want to pay for a full upgrade for just two or three uses. Can you offer a "yeah we'll let you do this" one off pricing for someone like me? Would be very helpful. (I will also say I tried several of the competing products...and this was far easier to use)

Great for easy form creation for end users
I love that you can make not only nice, user-friendly forms, but they become user-intuitive with this product. This takes the process ahead of just creating a Microsoft Office form, but allows you to create sophisticated forms that can be filled and even electronically delivered.
Often the layout gives me trouble or won't let me create form boxes in the appropriate area because it keeps snapping them to the grid, which might not automatically line up to my form fields as well.

So far, I like it.
If this app does as it looks so far, I can cancel 2 subscriptions for a pdf editor and digital signature app. This will consolidate our work into 1 location. I'm still learning the app but so far, I like it.

User Friendly
So far, it's been great. Seems very user friendly, I had one issue where I couldn't find the Sign Now button (that could be made more visible or made as the default), I emailed Support and they responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.

How do I get a copy of my teaching license?
After you log on, click Access Applications on the Self-Service menu. Click the blue View My Educator Certification Account link directly above your TEA ID. When the Educator Profile Setup screen is displayed, update your information if needed, and then scroll down and click Continue.
How do I get a copy of my teaching certificate?
You may obtain a copy of your valid credential(s)/permit(s) by logging in your CTC Educator Page at www.ctc.ca.gov. You may refer to CTC's Instructions: How to View and Print Your Document.
How do I get a copy of my Utah teaching license?
This online request for a duplicate copy of your license is available to all level 1, 2, and 3 with an active Utah license. For information on other license applications, please go to www.schools.utah.gov/cert, or call Educator Quality and Licensing, Utah State Board of Education at 801-538-7740.
How do I get a copy of my NJ teaching certificate?
If it says your license has been issued, but you haven't received it, call the Department of Education at (609) 292-4469. Visit http://www.state.nj.us/education/educators/license/forms/duplicense.pdf to request a duplicate if you have a license (certificate) but cannot locate it. Print out and complete the request form.

How do I find my teaching certificate?
If you don't know what your teacher reference number (TEN) is, this can usually be found on your payslip or teachers' pension documentation. Furthermore, you can also contact the teacher qualifications help desk to request your number. Furthermore, you'll need to provide your full name, date of birth and National Insurance number.
