The form 1096 is not current in the video shown - it shows 2012 and the number 7 is different for 2016, so would like an explanation of what NEC means. Thought I could use this for 1099 and also 1096 but still need to use IRs forms to send them, so dissapointing. The only thing I really had a problem…
The only thing I really had a problem with is that I completed what I thought was a "free" form and then had to sign up for a free trial. The actual program is very useful and helpful and relatively easy to navigate through.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Great program and awesome customer service
This program did above and beyond what I needed to accomplish for my pdf files that I needed to urgently edit. Signed up for the free trial and had no issues cancelling the subscription service when contacting the customer service for assistance. Should my work orientate around paper work and documents, I would most definitely pay for this service with peace of mind knowing that this service values it's customers.

the erase feature should be slightly…
the erase feature should be slightly work on, like we being able to completely erase elements and not just shading it with colors.

Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.
