Love the product
Love the product. Works fantastic for me as a property manager. I am using this tool for not only real estate purchase forms but also tenant forms! Especially useful in our mobile workforce where people are not available to sign documents or not even in the same state. Highly recommend PDFfiller!

I cancelled the subscription 11/11/2021 and pdffiller took my money via PayPal at 11/12/2021. I don't understand why. It's no honest. I don't even have an account on your site

User friendly
The interface is fairly easy to use, and there's a wide range of things to do with your document once your are finished. It's a bit pricey, but for the limited things I've needed so far, PDFFiller has been able to deliver.

What do you like best?
I usually dont like to take time to review but this one is warranted and a long time coming. What I like best is how many hours it has saved us. We subscribe to several tools and PDFFiller is one of them that we use on a daily basis at the office. I cannot tell you how much time this has saved us especially while submitting proposals. We also love the fact that it has an inbuilt ability to send out e-signature similar to docusign so we do not have to subscribe to a separate service for that. If there is one tool that has given us a 100x return on our investment that is PDFFiller. I am also thankful to the PDFFiller team as they keep on innovating and adding new features.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. Like I said above, this tool as delivered massive value to our company.

How do you calculate settlement discount?
As the customer settled the invoice within 15 days, they can deduct the 2.5% discount. To calculate what this is, take the Net amount figure and multiply it by 2.5% i.e.
How is settlement discount granted calculated?
Calculation: Sales minus (sales returns, settlement discount granted/creation/increase in allowance for settlement discount granted) plus forfeited settlement discount granted. Cost of sales: Costs connected to inventory to the point of sale.

How do you account for early settlement discount?
Accounting for the settlement discount only takes place if the customer pays within the required settlement period (thus accepting the discount). The discount allowed would be recorded as an expense in the seller's statement of profit or loss and revenue would remain at the full amount.
What is the difference between trade discount and settlement discount?
Trade discount is given at the time of conducting the sale. Settlement discount is allowed at the time of payment. Trade discounts are allowed to encourage customers to purchase products in larger quantities. Settlement discounts are allowed to ensure that customers settle debts within a short period of time.
How is prompt payment discount calculated?
With a prompt payment discount the VAT is based on the actual amount received, but you (the supplier) will need to account for the VAT and prepare the invoice before the amount is received. To calculate VAT on a prompt payment discount: calculate the VAT in the normal way, i.e. net x VAT rate.
How is early payment discount calculated?
With a sliding scale discount, your customer defines an APR amount they will accept to pay you early. For example, if their desired APR is 12%, and you want to be paid 30 days early, you would pay a 1% discount (12% APR / 360 days =. 03% x 30 days = 1% discount). An extended time window for early payment.
What is prompt payment discount?
An early payment discount (also called a prompt payment or cash discount) is a reduction in an invoice balance when it's paid before the due date. A common discount is 2/10 net 30, which means buyers can earn a 2% discount by paying in 10 days.
