Am new to PDFfiller so here are some initial comments:
1. an "undo" button would be nice
2. when sharing a document and adding comments/instructions, it would be helpful to have the option to pull up the document to be shared for reference.

How do you proofread documents?
Write first, proofread last. Print a copy. Change how it looks. Work on one section at a time. Take your time.
How do I proofread in Word 2016?
Click the Review tab. In the Proofing group, click the Spelling & Grammar button. Errors are shown one at a time as they occur in your document. Deal with the offense. Continue checking your document. Click the OK button once the checking is done.

How do you do proofreading marks in Word?
Applying the Proofreading Marks Open the document that contains the text you wish to proofread. Copy the text from this document and paste into the open Proofreading Marks Adding document. Click and drag the cursor on the text that requires the mark, then click the drop-list in the Proofreading group on the ribbon.
How do you use proofreading marks?
In hard copy proofreading, corrections typically appear in the left or right margins beside the line containing the error. A mark is also placed in the text to indicate where the correction needs to be made. A caret (^) indicates an addition, and a line through the text indicates a deletion or a replacement.
