Well, you could disable the ability for people to edit the files and to do this you go to File > Properties > Security and from there you can disable editing, commenting and printing of the file and even more.
How do you save a PDF, so it Cannot be edited?
Click the “Printing Allowed” drop-down menu to allow printing of the PDF in low or high resolution, or select “None” to disable printing without the password. Click the “Changes Allowed” drop-down menu to allow specific changes to the document, or select “None” to allow no changes to the PDF. Click the “OK” button.
How do you encrypt a PDF?
Open the PDF and choose Tools > Protect > Encrypt > Encrypt with Password. If you receive a prompt, click Yes to change the security. Select Require a Password to Open the Document, then type the password in the corresponding field.
