I subscribed to the Ultimate - it was very user unfriendly with absolutely no online tutorials or help - and I am no novice, I have designed and published several of my own websites. After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to use and all my documents are automatically saved. This has increased my productivity so much being able to combine documents and have people sign.
What do you dislike?
There are a few steps to save, print, or download to your local desktop which can be a little time-consuming. But I also appreciate that it verifies with you that the correct function is happening.

The ability to edit and few pdf documents. I really like that pdf's can be combined and shared. There's so many functions of pdf filler that is so helpful to help me be more productive.

The text type doesn't always match the font of the document I'm filling

It would be beneficial to be able to download or email document prior to signing so that it can be shared with attorneys or anyone else that will assist with reviewing the document prior to signing.
