Customer focused with good features I find Pdffiller to be one of the better online services of its type. As well as having many features in a fairly easy to use interface, their support is responsive and very customer focused. They offer a full feature short trial (requires credit card details, which some people may find off putting). It's straightforward to cancel. If you're looking to pay for an ongoing service, I recommend pdffiller.

I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the… I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. Easy to use for 1099 filings Use for 1099s and other tax filings. Used this product for 1099 filings.. simple and easy to use except for ability to make edits (address changes etc.) once filed. Once a 1099 is filed, program does not make it easy to go back and edit a document. Also, any updated filings are charged another filing fee, which seems excessive.
