I used it for tax documents forgot to cancel subscription after use. Got charged 96 dollars and two days later I requested a refund and within seconds had someone helping me and processing my refund. Service is excellent and product is best on the market.

How do I order a new permit?
You can apply for replacement of your driver license or learner permit or your non-driver ID card online, by mail or at a DMV office. You can change your address prior to your transaction. Allow at least 2 weeks to receive your duplicate photo document by mail.
How do you get a new permit?
Visit a DMV Office Complete an Application for Duplicate of Current Driver's License or Permit (form 1-B). Go to your local DMV office (in-person). Present the form along with applicable fee.
How do I replace my permit?
A completed application. Learner's Permit, Driver's License, and ID Card Application. Or. CDL Application. $15 duplicate learner's permit fee.
