I'm happy with it for the most part. I think it's BS that you allow the eraser to be used on the 1st document and only when the customer goes to use it again, do you mention that it's an upgrade is bad business!!!!!! There's another issue but at the moment it escapes me.

Not having to print tons of paper and scanning, to get signatures on so many documents I have to sign. Process is so simple, I can sign and email right way. Time saver for sure!

Is there a redaction tool in PDF?
Click Edit on the toolbar. Pick the Redact tool. Select the text you want to redact in a PDF. There are two options: blackout or erase.
How do I enable redacting in a PDF?
Choose Tools > Redact. On the Edit menu, choose Redact Text & Images. Select the text or image in a PDF, right-click, and select Redact. Select the text or image in a PDF, choose Redact in the floating context-menu.

let's take a look at the process for redacted a document using nuance power PDF here we have a document nuance power PDF that we want to redact so we'll go up to the security tab and then underneath the redaction panel we'll click on mark for redaction and now we can highlight the areas of the document that we want to mark for an action so we'll click and drag over here and then click and drag over any other areas you want to cover up including on images as well and once we're all selected we'll click on apply redaction and then we'll click apply to confirm and power PDF will now ask if you want to remove all the metadata so I'll click OK and I'll select what data I want to have removed specifically and then I'll strip that data from the document and once you're done you just need to save that's it
