With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I love being able to use PDFfiller. It sure makes completing forms much easier and quicker than printing them and writing forms out.
Some forms are not able to be saved after filling them in. They save blank. I have to download the form and then save it to a file.

What do you like best?
The site is very easy to use. The layout and design make it very simple to choose the best option for formatting documents. Choices for template or regular document helps to organize which docs you need to reuse. Even if you are not experienced, the options to choose from are so clear, you cannot make a mistake....and if you do, you can fix it very simply.
What do you dislike?
For me and my business purposes there is nothing wrong with this site. It is perfect and has made my business practice so much easier.

I am in the field of Special Education as an administrator. This year with COVID-19, the difficulty of having documents signed, changing information and moving paperwork quickly has been a real challenge. With pdFiller, I have been able to address any paperwork issue that arises in an instant and then get documents back out for a new signature, or an update of information. This has saved me this year and helped me to meet all major and important timelines.
