How do I change the order of a PDF?
Open the Organize Pages tool from the top menu or the right pane (Tools > Organize Pages)
Select one or more page thumbnails (page numbers are underneath). Use Shift to select a page range.
Do one of the following: Drag and drop pages to reorder PDF pages how you want.
Save your file.
How do I change the order of pages in a PDF on a Mac?
In Preview, open the PDF.
From the toolbar, click Sidebar to open the sidebar drawer. You will see thumbnails of each page in the PDF.
Click and drag the thumbnail of the page you would like to move to its new location. (Hold down the Command key to select multiple pages.)
Can I edit a PDF on a Mac?
You can make simple changes to a PDF file using the free built-in Preview App that comes free with OS X. If you double-click on any PDF file in OS X it will open in an application called Preview. Preview has a hidden Annotations Toolbar' that will allow you to edit the PDF file.

Right-click on the locked PDF file.
Select Open with Followed by Preview.
Type the password and press Enter.

Tip: To rearrange more than one page, press the Command key as you click the page thumbnails you want to rearrange, then release the Command key. Control-click one of the selected page thumbnails, then choose Cut. Control-click the page thumbnail you want the content to follow, then choose Paste.
