Open the document with pages you want to resize by cropping, and click the Page Thumbnails tab. To check a page's size, click the thumbnail to display the page. Select a page to crop in the Page Thumbnails pane, and click Crop Pages from the Options dropdown.
Open the “Page Layout” tab by clicking it in the ribbon. Click the “Size” button in the Page Setup group in the ribbon. A drop-down menu will appear. Click the desired paper size to which you want to resize the document.
Click on one of the images inside your Word document. Click on the 'Format' toolbar. Click on the 'Compress Pictures' button. Drag and drop your Word file into the document compressor. We will commence to reduce the file size in PDF format. Download the file and then convert it back to Word format. The file should now be in a much smaller size don't forget to download it.
Click the “File” menu and then click “Print” in the left pane. Click the “Legal” drop-down menu under “Settings” and select “Letter.” Each page in the document will now be resized from legal to letter size.
