Note: To generate PDF from the default Windows Print screen, select View > Print Screen. If your document does not open properly or looks corrupted when saving to an application, click on Open with the built-in application. Or, save the document by selecting Save as PDF… If you choose a different software suite, a new window will open where the app is chosen from among the applications that you've saved to your Desktop.

Once I became familiar with the input it was pretty easy to use. However trying to Print was difficult. The on-line help didn't suggest using the DONE button!

I like the form I'm using but the program is difficult to make several additional forms of that particular one. I'm doing it by erasing and refilling. Not sure if that is correct but I guess it is working.

Select your table. On the Layout tab, in the Cell Size group, click AutoFit. Do one of the following. To adjust column width automatically, click AutoFit Contents. To adjust table width automatically, click AutoFit Window.
Click anywhere in the table. In “Table Tools” click the [Layout] tab > locate the “Cell Size” group and choose from of the following options: To fit the columns to the text (or page margins if cells are empty), click [AutoFit] > select “AutoFit Contents.”
Width or Length Measure the table in the dimension you want to shrink it. Subtract the length or width you want from the overall measurement. Use the tape measure to mark the center of the table at both edges on either the long or short sides, depending on which side you want to make smaller.
Click the View tab, and in the menu ribbon select Print Layout or Publishing Layout. Click the table you want to resize. Place your cursor in the lower-right corner of the table until the diagonal arrow icon. Appears. Extend the table boundary until the table is the desired size.
