Just got the PDFfiler installed and it was easy to work and save. So far have a problem with printing or faxing the document to court. I have not learned all the works to the program yet, I'm sure that the reason.

Great program. It did everything I needed and more. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, right at the time I"ve been having a problem. Copies of online chat sent to my email to remind me of how to deal with issues in the future. I'd rate these folks an A plus.

I have had a great experience thus far…
I have had a great experience thus far in my free trial. I have been able to merge documents to create a continuous flow, create signature stamps and fill out fillable pdfs' for my work. This is a great product!

I've only just started using it, but so far; I am loving it. It's easy to use, and very useful with my work. I'm an RN and I work as an independent nurse, so having this program is so nice for my plans of care, and sending them to the physician to get signed is easy peasy! Thank you.

Only needed to get a form to fly with oxygen didn't think I wold have to pay for them but now looking through the type you have I decided to do it and use it more often

I was charged a subscription fee and I didn't understand why, so I contacted the company via chat. The agent that assisted me was amazing!! She totally understood and was very helpful. She was extremely professional. I really expected that this was going to be a very unpleasant experience for me, but it was absolutely pleasant and positive! Thank you! Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future!
