Best one around
I often have to sign documents or convert docs from one form to another. PDFfiller is reliable & trustworthy not to mention simple to use. I keep it on my bookmark bar!
I have used various online PDF services for my business and find PDFfiller the most intuitive & easy to use.
There are none really. It takes about 5 minutes to understand how it works.

A very useful tool for paperless office work.
It helps me to save paper and electricity by not using physical papers for my office documents. I do most of my office work online only with the help of this software.
It allows me to get e-signatures on my office documents. Being a cloud based program it allows me do all my pdf related work online only.
I don't find auto save feature in this application. I had to lose my unsaved work many time when I closed my system accidentally.

Ease of use is what attracted me to program. I use it to make fillable forms for work (forms already made, need to be made fillable). Is cheaper than Adobe Pro and is better in my view.

The name truly fits
This program is very easy to use and gives the user lots of tools. I had to make a few changes to a large and older PDF and I was able to make those changes. Even those that I had to erase, draw and finally add the text. To a very important document. (The name truly fits)

What do you like best?
It's super fast to upload a document and simple to navigate the website. Filling out your PDF couldn't be easier!
What do you dislike?
The point where you save your document could be a little easier to understand but because I've been using them for 7+ years, I've got a handle on it. For someone just starting may find it a tiny bit confusing.

It's so easy to use! Make any PDF fillable! I have a tiny bit of OCD and filling in a form by hand just doesn't look professional enough for me so converting those forms to fillable using PDFFiller is a must!

Can medical records be faxed?
The Privacy Rule allows covered health care providers to share protected health information for treatment purposes without patient authorization, as long as they use reasonable safeguards when doing so. A physician may mail or fax a copy of a patient's medical record to a specialist who intends to treat the patient.
Is faxing a HIPAA violation?
Q: HIPAA does not address faxing patient information specifically, but, like any form of health information, it is protected under the privacy rule. Health care professionals need to understand that faxed patient information can easily fall into the wrong hands, which would be a violation of privacy.
Does HIPAA allow faxing?
HIPAA allows doctors and hospitals to fax a patient's medical information. HIPAA Privacy Rules do not prohibit a covered entity from faxing protected health information to doctors. Faxes sent over T38 SIP Trunks use patented real-time encryption that is HIPAA approved.
Can you fax protected health information?
When a covered entity is permitted by the HIPAA medical privacy rule to make a disclosure of protected health information (PHI), the covered entity can make the communication orally or in writing, by phone, fax, email, or otherwise. A laboratory may fax a patient's medical test results to a physician.

What happens if you send a fax to the wrong number?

Never let incoming faxes sit on publicly available fax machines. Dump your manual fax machine and use a HIPAA-compliant cloud fax service. Always use cover pages. Keep an audit trail. Be aware of all PHI stored on local devices.
