Overall, it was good. Saying it is free is misleading. I understand marketing, but I spent A TON of time filing out a document only to find out the only way I could retrieve it was to pay for a subscription which I would then have cancel to make it "free". The other issue was that when the document was converted it shuffled page 2 with page 3 and the only way I could correct it was to upgrade the subscription. I would not spend the additional money when I print it and scan it back in the correct order. Again I'm sure it was an additional money making opportunity for you, but not worth the cost for me.

I am happy with how to fill out the health claim form template. It is user-friendly and reliable. It is a little slow to open documents and I waste some time looking for the right one. I don't like the organization system and I haven't figured out Templates. I am not looking for a practice management system so I like buying only what I need. Overall, I like the app and I paid for a year subscription.

I had know problem using it. It is design for people who aren't that familiar with different programs. Easy to use, self explanatory . Even my wife who rarely uses computer was able to use it.She was surprised her self that she able to use it without much help.

What do you like best? We use the sign now feature the most and it is very helpful to be able to edit forms. What do you dislike? Maybe add a feature to also compress files and work with a scanner; so we can scan documents right into the software. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? FOR MY BIRTHDAY IT WOULD NOT STAY ON THE YEAR I WAS BORN IT JUST KEPT DEFAULTING TO 2021.
