Two main issues I have with PDF:
1) not being able to change the names on the forms,
2) easily finding a form to download to My Forms (referring to Acord forms mainly, you would think your company would have a direct link to Acord forms draw from)

it's pretty good. sometimes when you edit, it looks like your edits are going to look funky, but when you print it looks alright. I wish it matched the text font and size as the original. You kinda have to hunt around and size accordingly

I like the ease in completing the forms, the ease in re-locating the form is need be, able to store signatures from officers of the company
What do you dislike?
Not really a "Dislike" just challenging to adjust the fonts to fit in some of the small areas allotted for phone numbers and with the ( ) sometimes challenging to get the numbers to fit properly

this is a time saver if you have several business forms to be completed. It's easy to use and great for referencing if you need to re-visit the form to tweek.

What is the OFX format?
An OFX file is a file format used for exchanging financial data. It stands for Open Financial Exchange and is used to transfer financial information between different software programs and online financial institutions.
How do I save a file as OFX?
CSV2OFX Download CSV2OFX from the ProperSoft website, and run the executable file (see Resources). Click the "Browse" button. Load your CSV file by selecting it in the file dialog and click "OK." Click the "Save" button, which will automatically save your file in OFX format.
How do I turn off PDF Converter?
Select "File > Preferences". Under the "Integrations" sections, uncheck the unwanted application(s). Click "OK". Close PDF Converter Assistant.
How do I change from PDF file to OFX file?
Start PDF2OFX and select a PDF file. Review transactions before converting. Set the OFX target to match your accounting software. Set the Account ID (number) and the Account Type. Currency should be USD even for non-USD accounts for Quickbooks US edition. Click the 'Convert' button to create an OFX file.
