Sketch Highlight Release: full-featured PDF editor

Document editing is a routine procedure for the people familiar to business paperwork. It is possible to modify a Word or PDF file, thanks to different tools which allow applying changes to documents. However, most of those options are programs and require a space on your device and affect its performance drastically. You will also find lots of online document processing tools which work better on older devices and actually faster.

The good news is, now you will get just one tool to cover all the PDF-related needs to start working on documents online.

Using pdfFiller, you'll be able to save, change, generate and sign PDFs online, in one browser tab. It supports all common file formats, i.e., PDF, Word, PowerPoint, JPEG, PNG and text. Upload documents from the device and start editing in just one click, or create new form yourself. All you need to start working is an internet-connected computer, tablet or smartphone, and a pdfFiller subscription.

pdfFiller offers a multi-purpose online text editor to rewrite the content of your document efficiently. A great variety of features makes it possible to customize not only the content but the layout to make your documents look professional. On the other hand, the pdfFiller editing tool enables you to edit pages, put fillable fields, include images, change text formatting, and so on.

Use one of the methods below to upload your document template and start editing:

01
Drag and drop a document from your device.
02
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the path to your file.
03
Get the form you need in our catalog using the search.
04
Upload a document from your cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
05
Browse the Legal library.

Get access to every document you worked with by navigating to your My Docs folder. All your documents are securely stored on a remote server and protected with advanced encryption. This means they cannot be lost or accessed by anyone else except yourself and users you share your document with. Move all the paperwork online and save your time.

What do you like best?
Easy to use, anyone who I've sent a file has had no issues receiving and downloading. Some of them have told me they've gone on to use the product regularly themselves.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to do with pdffiller, but I sometimes forget to set up the files I'm uploading in the right folders. That's on me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Under the 'documents' tab, the 2 columns on the right could be made more distinctly different from each other to denote they are in fact different. They are just two shades of gray and not that different in tone.

Select the top dartboard. Press Ctrl + G to deactivate the grid. Press Tab to select the new dartboard. Press Ctrl + G go to 3.
Guides can be moved and repositioned by clicking-and-dragging the guide inside the ruler. To remove a single guide, move it to the Layer List or Inspector until you see the pointer changes to a Delete icon.
If you want to delete the guide you simply drag it out of the workspace, or you can use the Clear Guides command from the menu. Guides in Sketch have a pretty similar behavior. You create them by clicking on the ruler, and you remove them by dragging them out (note that you can only move them inside the ruler area).

Smart Guides Sketch supports many keyboard shortcuts. One such example is for “Smart Guides”. By grabbing an object and then pressing ALT (or OPTION), the Smart Guides will show up, highlighting the distance between the selected object and the document edges.

Salines enable the consistent placement of elements outside the layout grid. They are vertical lines that show where elements are placed in a design that doesn't align to the grid. Salines are determined by each element's distance from the edge of the screen, measured in increments of 8dp.
By pressing down alt, the Forward and Backward buttons in the menu bar become To Front and To Back. Click these to bring a shape straight to the front or back of a set of layers.
The official keyboard shortcut for Undo is Alt+Backspace. However, Ctrl+Z (Microsoft Windows) or Command+Z (macOS), which is the Undo keyboard shortcut in many programs, also works. After you undo an action, you can redo it by selecting Edit > Redo from the menu bar.
