What do you like best?
I have been using PDFfiler for more than 4 years. It makes my pdf documents look professional. There is no longer a need to print a doc, fill it in with pen, scan, and send. PDFfiler reduces the amount of steps I have to take to get the job done. It helps to also have everything saved on the My Docs page. I can find the same tax documents I need month after month. PDFfiler also reduces the amount of paper needed to generate a document. I probably use PDFfiler every day.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to turn off the assisted pop-ups. They can obstruct the box I want to enter text.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simple to use. Makes your docs look professional and neat. Easy to manipulate a doc that is incorrect.

I fill out every form on PDFfiler. It's automatic to me. In addition, when I am unable to edit a Word doc or other pdf, I know I can upload it to PDFfiler and get the job done right away.

love it! im in a rush for a deadline but im feeling my way around the app and love it so far. Im sure im missing some stuff and would love to learn more about it and how to use it!

Good for someone who isn't tech savy
While I'd like to think I am pretty good with a computer -- I am by no means the level of a graphic designer or anything like that. But I do a lot of work with pdfs that need to be tweaked a bit and this is easy to use!
The initial use can be a little daunting to someone who is new. But it's easy to figure out once you get a hang of it.

This was just new to me so it has taken me a lot of time to navigate around to do what I needed to do. I'm sure with some use and training it will be very easy to use. I have accomplished filling in the form but I'm trying to see how to get the new file name to appear as a download on my computer, so this is what I'm working on now.

I like that all certificates on Insurance are in the same place, easy to find and I like the ability to duplicate certs

How to Use the Scrive Free Information Feature with pdfFiller
The Scrive Free Information feature allows you to easily gather information from recipients using pdfFiller. Follow these steps to make the most of this feature:

Access the Scrive Free Information feature in pdfFiller by logging into your account and selecting the document you want to send for signature.

Once you have selected the document, click on the 'Scrive Free Information' button located in the toolbar.

A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to add fields to collect information. Click on the 'Add Field' button to start adding fields.

Choose the type of field you want to add, such as a text field, checkbox, or dropdown menu. You can also customize the field label and set it as required if necessary.

Place the field on the document by clicking on the desired location. You can resize and reposition the field as needed.

Repeat steps 4 and 5 to add more fields to collect additional information.
