To Search and Redact Text in PDF in OneDrive and import documents to your account, click Add New on the DOCS page. Choose OneDrive.
If you’re not signed in, click Connect to OneDrive.

Save the redacted document by clicking on the 'Save' button in the toolbar. You can choose to save it back to your OneDrive account or download it to your computer.
