Learn to Search for Documents

When you need to quickly find a document among multiple ones, try using filters to fasten the search. You can search by the name of the document, signer’s email address, inviter’s email address or the text of the document.

Enter your email address and password to login to the SignNow account.

Find the search engine and click the arrow to display the dropdown menu.

Choose the way you are going to search for the documents: by document name, signer email, inviter email or document text.

Suppose you decide to search for the document by signer email and inviter email. Select the relevant checkboxes in the dropdown menu and press enter.

The same goes for if you want to search for a document by document text. Select the respective checkbox and press enter.

See the results displayed on the screen.

Any document displayed in the search panel is available for opening, editing and sending for signing.

so far ease of use seams to be the direction this system is built on. I would love to see more controls to authorized users and an auto save feature from original templates after and before fill. over all I love how going paperless is very easy to use
