As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. I had a few problems with my docs at…
I had a few problems with my docs at first because I didn't know where to find things. They have videos - but, they always skip over the most necessary details. I contacted support and they were extremely helpful I decided to invest in the purchase of this. I've avoided paying for document paying memberships for years, because I am a cheapskate. But, I really found value in PDF Filler.

How do I reduce the file size of a PPT into a PDF?
“Print” option for the File Menu. Your PowerPoint presentation is now saved as PDF document and will have a smaller file size. option, “Save as PDF”. You may also select “Compress PDF,” which will further decrease your file size.
How do I compress 200mb PPT?
Compress PPT Presentations Online Upload your PPT to the compress tool, then choose “Basic Compression.” Download the file and go to our PDF to PPT converter. Drag the downloaded file into the orange toolbar. Once the tool has converted the file, go ahead and hit “Download.”
How do I shrink the size of a PPT?
Use Save As to reduce your file size. Click File. Click Save As. Click Browse and choose where to save your powerpoint. Rename your file if desired and verify that the type is Power Point Presentation. Click Tools and choose Compress Pictures. Leave checked or check Delete cropped areas of pictures.
Why my PPT is so large?
Uncompressed pictures are a common cause of large PowerPoint files. When photos are added to PowerPoint slides, they're saved in their full resolution in case they need to be zoomed or cropped while editing the slide, or in case the slides will be displayed on a very large projector screen.
Why is my PowerPoint PDF so large?
First, PDFs can be oversized because one or more fonts have been embedded and subset inside that specific PDF file. In fact, adding a single font to a PDF document can sometimes increase the file size substantially. Second, images can also be a culprit.
How do I reduce a PPT file size?
To minimize the file increase, embed only those characters used in the presentation. Go to File > Options > Save. Under Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation, select Embed fonts in the file, and then select Embed only the characters used in the presentation.
