Go to Insert > Signature. Hold down the Alt key if you cannot see the menu bar. Pick the desired signature from the list.
The new signature options are found in version 17.9226. 21295.0 of the Mail app (in the Windows 10 April 2018 Update), by heading to the Settings menu and then pressing on Signature. There are now options for adding in different font sizes, links, and even pictures to a signature.

Open Microsoft Outlook 2019 from the Start menu or from the taskbar. In Outlook 2019, click File > Options > Mail. Then, in the Outlook Options window under Mail tab, click Signatures in the Compose messages section. In the Signatures and Stationery window, click New to create your Outlook signature.
If you wish to change your primary Microsoft Account email address associated with your Windows device, you can choose an Alias or create a new one and then make it Primary. Visit your Microsoft account page and sign in. Next, select the 'Your Info' tab adjacent to 'Account' option.
Click or tap Settings (the gear icon) on the bottom left side of the program (or More at the bottom, if you're on a tablet or phone). Choose Manage accounts from the menu to the right. Select the account you want to remove from Mail.
Step 1: open your Windows 10 mail application. You can do this by clicking on the start menu icon or pressing the start menu icon on your Windows 10 computer. Step 2: click on the settings icon. Step 3: click on the signature option. Step 4: change the text to your actual signature. Step 5: save your new signature.
Remove email address from Windows 10 login screen. Open the Start Menu and click on the Settings icon to open Windows 10 Settings. Next, click on Accounts and then select Sign-in options from the left side. Here under Privacy, you will see a setting Show account details (e.g. email address) on sign-in screen.
Windows 10 comes with the Mail app, which is your new default client to connect and manage all your email accounts from a single experience without having to load different websites to check your emails.
