How to Use the Signbox Get Information Feature

The Signbox Get Information feature in pdfFiller is a powerful tool that allows you to easily gather information from your recipients when they sign a document. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to send for signature in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Sign' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

In the Sign menu, select 'Signbox Get Information'.

A pop-up window will appear with options to add fields for information gathering. Choose the type of field you want to add, such as text, date, or checkbox.

Click on the document where you want to place the field. You can drag and resize the field as needed.

Customize the field properties by clicking on the field and selecting 'Properties'. You can set validation rules, default values, and more.

Repeat steps 4-6 to add more fields for information gathering.

Once you have added all the necessary fields, click on the 'Done' button in the top right corner of the pop-up window.

Save the document or send it for signature as usual.

When your recipients sign the document, they will be prompted to fill in the information fields you added using the Signbox Get Information feature.

You can access the filled-in information by opening the document in pdfFiller and clicking on the 'Sign' button. In the Sign menu, select 'Signbox Get Information' again. The filled-in information will be displayed in the pop-up window.
