I really like working with the filler although there could be better control in the editing. I believe it could be more intuitive as to the fields which are potentially fillable and place the cursor within those lines automatically. It is fussy to try to line it all up.

Ability to use templates was the most helpful. I like PDF filler because I can encrypt and decrypt documents, merge PDF files, crop or rotate PDF pages. It's fairly easy to use but the interface isn't great.
What do you dislike?
The user interface is not intuitive for me. I liked all other features and don't have much bad to say. I'll continue to refer people.

Easy Auto-Renew Subscription Refund
Like most sites that offer small services with yearly or monthly subscriptions, you most likely run into the "auto renew subscription" headache. While it is frustrating (as this happened to me with PDFfiller), it is always nice to have a little forgiveness. Before I disputed the transaction with my bank I "calmly" contacted PDFfiller support asking if I could be refunded for this un-consented transaction of $72. It only took 5 mins with customer support to give me a full refund. And for that hasty/easy relief they gave me (as well as a refund with no questions asked) I give them 5 stars. Also, not to mention, it is a great PDF filling software.

Works great, I have never had a problem.
Easy to fill in forms.
Easy to use. Everything is labeled well so you can find what you need to do quick. The files are always where I need them to be.
I haven't had any problems using this software. There isn't anything bad I can say because I haven't ran into anytjing.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. All trials have been very satisfactory. It has been easy to learn the use of the various features. Especially the relatively small size of the ready documents is appreciated.

What do you like best?
The ability to add a template, and utilize the template instead of creating a new document every time.

The interface of PDF isn't as modernized as some other products are.

It is user friendly, very easy to navigate and to find the features I need regularly such as text and erase

Nothing that stands out. Again I use it every day and it has greatly reduced time spent on admin work

I have many forms sent to me (employee evaluations, intern evaluations) that are in pdf and pdf filler has been an affordable way to turn those forms around quickly

Super impressed by the level of support from these guys. They were on my problem within minutes and when it turned out I had the wrong level of subscription (I needed a lesser one) it was changed and updated straight-away - no questions asked. Really happy.
